Everything you need to know

Start by checking the available accommodation in the official ValenVibe booking area. Once you have chosen your preferred room, suite or studio, we will guide you through the booking and contract process. Your booking is not confirmed until the required booking steps have been completed.

Your rental agreement becomes valid and binding once the contract has been signed and the security deposit has been received by bank transfer.

The security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent.

The rental contract sets out the conditions of your stay, including your accommodation, rental period, payments, deposit, utilities and the main rules for living at ValenVibe. Please read it carefully before signing.

No. You may not sublet your accommodation or transfer your rental contract to another person. If your circumstances change, please contact ValenVibe directly so we can discuss your situation.
