This house is absolutely fantastic and in a stunning location! I lived there for a year, and it truly felt like home. Sonia is incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything you might need. The rooms are very cozy, making them perfect for students or professionals who don’t spend a lot of time at home. Plus, it’s just a three-minute walk from the main street full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife, super convenient!

I was very pleased with my stay at the Yecla apartments. I loved the location, because it took me only 10 minutes walking to my university. In general I felt really safe, and if there were any problems, they were solved quite rapidly. In general, Sonia and her employees were always available and attentive. I was also pretty happy with my roommates. I’m glad I found a home in Valencia for the past few months and it will always stay that way.

I felt very comfortable during my Erasmus stay. The central location and my wonderful roommates were especially great! Sonia was always available and very attentive. We always had to be a little mindful of the noise level for the neighbors, and Sonia sometimes came to the apartment. I had a really great time and highly recommend the room with a balcony at ElCarmen!

My experience at Pizcueta Room was excellent! I stayed in Room F, and it was very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is perfect: right in the center of Valencia, with many of the city’s main attractions within easy reach. There are also metro and bus stations just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. On top of that, the atmosphere was wonderful thanks to my kind and friendly roommates. I would definitely recommend staying here! 💗
